Payment for completed & approved assignments processed within 15–30 working days from report submission and client sign-off. Released only upon satisfactory completion including timely report, photographs & all required evidence. Incomplete or late submissions may result in partial or forfeited payment. Subject to TDS. All client identities, project briefs & assignment details are strictly confidential. You must NOT disclose any project information to any third party or on social media — during or after the assignment. Breach may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of payments & legal action.
You agree not to simultaneously work with competing mystery shopping firms while executing assignments for MarketMind Solutions without prior written consent.
All assignments must be conducted honestly and objectively. Falsification of data or fabrication of visits will result in immediate termination & legal action. You must NOT reveal your identity as a mystery shopper to outlet staff during audits.
All reports, photographs & data submitted become the sole IP of MarketMind Solutions upon submission.
Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. Company reserves right to immediately terminate for misconduct or fraud.
